Job Opening: Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep (USA - San Jose, CA)

Job Profile: The employee reports to the Customer Service Manager and will be based in our San Jose, CA headquarters.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1) Professional handling of incoming calls and e-mails related primarily, but not limited to technical support, order placement, expediting, price & delivery; 2) Assists with requests for technical support from customers, sales personnel & other employees; 3) Provides product recommendations, applications, sales lead fulfillment and follow up for prospects & customers; 4) Provides administrative support for field sales personnel in terms of product information, sales leads, estimate / quotation assistance, order status and product applications for prospects and customers 5) Responsible for issuance of RMAs and stock exchanges; 6) Updates / records account activities in ERP system; 7) Assists with investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications; 8) Conducts job responsibilities & related activities in conformance to our ISO quality management system
Requirements: 1) at least 5 years of customer service / Inside Sales or field sales experience & training 2) related industry experience preferred; 3) technical aptitude 4) excellent written and verbal communication skills 5) team player; strong presentation & organizational skills 6) knowledge of ERP / contact management database 7) proficient with Office Suite
