Job Opening: Business Development Manager (USA - San Jose, CA)

Overview: Currently, there is an opening for a Business Development Manager based in our San Jose, CA headquarters. The employee reports to the VP of Sales.

Job Summary (Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to):

1) Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships in the assigned market segment. Current target market is the automotive industry.

2) Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.

3) Actively identifies, generates and evaluates prospects or potential business deals by contacting potential partners, analyzing market strategies and exploring opportunities.

4) Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials and estimating needs and goals.

5) Understands and knows how to create, implement and manage a comprehensive business plan.

6) Collaborates with internal departments / special projects committee in the development and implementation of strategies, plans and viable business models.

7) Demonstrates commitment to promote safety standards and will have a key role in initiating preventive and corrective action to uphold such standards.

8) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

9) Maintains good working relationships with existing clients to enhance clientretention and develop new sales through referrals and references.

10) Responsible for managing accounts, including but not limited to daily sales calls, customer visits, development of demand forecast and management and execution of account plans.

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
2) Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge and experience with torque products and familiarity with automotive industry.
3) At least five years of sales / account management experience.
4) Has a strong commitment to promoting safety and product reliability Must possess excellent and proven closing skills, prospecting skills, sales, planning, territory management skills, exceeding sales targets.
5) Highly motivated and demonstrates initiative and strategic sales approach.
6) Must possess strong team affiliation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Opening: Digital Marketing Coordinator (USA - San Jose, CA)

Overview: Currently, there is an opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator based in our San Jose, CA headquarters. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, analytical skills, the ability to listen, follow through on tasks and complete projects in a timely manner. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the marketing manager and assist the marketing department with SEO, SEM & PPC campaigns, target market campaigns, market research, data mining and other special projects, while interacting with and coordinating work efforts with other department employees. The ideal candidate should work well in a group environment and have the ability to complete tasks autonomously. He or she must be knowledgeable with and be proficient with Google Analytics, Google Adwords and basic web design.

The employee reports to the Marketing Manager.

Job Summary (Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to):

1) Market research and analysis projects, such as: site and demographic studies, one-to-one reporting/analytics, and various data reporting requests. Analytical thinker with ability to look through data and find trends for sales and marketing enhancement.

2) Assist in competitive intelligence

3) Assist in database support for tracking and analyzing marketing performance

4)  Conducting customer outreach. Building comprehensive customer profiles for product use evaluation

5)  Help develop and implement strategies for SEO, adwords and other word choices. Manage and improve organic search performance and goal-setting. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines including Google, Bing & Yahoo.

6) Collect, analyze, and report on customer engagement and best practices.

7)  Assist, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple delivery channels.

8) Help write content for marketing campaigns.

9)  Assist with Social Media & tracking program.

10) Assist E-newsletter campaigns and drip campaigns.

11) Define Key digital analytics and measurement for each brand.

12) Conduct competitive analysis program.

Job Requirements:
1) BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
2) Experience with CRM Software (Netsuite a plus), Google Analytics & Google Adwords.
3) Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools. Knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates. Experience using Google Analytics and Google AdWords desired. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC (Google Certification a plus).
