Inside Sales / Customer Service Technical Support Representative

US-CA - San Jose

Currently, there is an opening for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative based in the San Jose, California area. The ideal candidate will possess successful selling experience with successful experience in developing new customers, cold calling and prospecting as well as managing customer relationships. Mechanical or electronics technical skills are mandatory.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years Inside Sales or Outside Sales experience.
- 2-year College degree and/or 5 years of related experience.
- Competitive and achievement driven.
- Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:
- Developing new customers 
- Managing of customer relationships
- Provide product recommendations
- Technical Support
- Professional handling of incoming calls
- Order placement, order expediting, price and delivery
- Administrative support for field sales personnel
