Screw counters work in conjunction with an electric screwdriver to verify that all fasteners have been installed and that they were seated to the tools preset torque setting. As part of Mountz' desire to continuously improve, during the month of October we shall begin implementing our newly upgraded Case and Issue Management System (CIMS) in Netsuite - our web based ERP system. In order to fully support our customers through the use of our CIMS, Mountz will utilize the principals of ISO 10002:2004, an ISO standard for Customer Satisfaction - Guidelines for Complaints Handling in Organizations. And, we shall provide advanced training for all sales and support personnel on the effective handling of customer complaints and issues. It is our goal to have few to none issues; however, when they do arise, Mountz wants to be known as a company that addresses its issues correctly, completely, appropriately and rapidly. In my travels throughout the US and Canada I am hearing the same thing. Statements like; "The economy is down," or "The Automotive industry is down". I just attended the ATE show in Chicago where we had a booth exhibiting our product line. For us it was a very successful trade show with many companies interested in controlling their process through the utilization of torque controlled products. The wonderful aspect about selling premiere torque controlled products is that it encompasses just about every industrial industry. Industries such as aerospace, electronics, medical, wind-energy, transportation, defense, automotive, smoke-stack industries, semi-conductor and refrigeration to name a handful. There are many more.
