The cam-over philosophy of each Mountz torque screwdriver prevents operators from influencing the torque output when tightening fasteners. The patented design of each cam mechanism introduces a "slip" sensation when the set
torque is reached. This slip is actually a precision ball or several balls aligning themselves in the next cam detent. Mountz offers two styles of preset screwdrivers:
1) Lighweight aluminum handles
2) Ergonomic rubber grip handles.
