The FG-25z Preset Torque Screwdriver is designed for micro fastening applications where precision and consistency are critical. Engineered with Mountz cam-over technology, the screwdriver automatically releases once the preset torque is reached, preventing both under-tightening and over-tightening, which can lead to assembly defects, damaged fasteners, or product failures.

Ideal for repetitive assembly operations, the preset torque screwdriver delivers the same accurate torque setting every cycle, regardless of operator skill level. The ergonomic handle design fits comfortably in the user’s hand, reducing fatigue during extended production runs, while the compact size allows easy access in tight or confined assembly spaces.

Preset micro torque screwdrivers are optimized for applications where the same torque value is repeatedly required. The FG-25z is internally adjustable using a hex key and torque tester, allowing quality managers or technicians to securely preset the desired torque value without an external adjustment scale. If production requirements change, the tool can be recalibrated and reset using a torque analyzer for additional flexibility.

The FG-25z helps manufacturers maintain torque accuracy and meet ISO quality standards across production.

The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789 (+/- 6% of indicated setting).
