The daily repetitive process of fastening screw after screw with a power tool exposes operators to the risk of repetitive stress injuries, The torque arm reduces the physical strain on operators, promoting a safer working environment and reducing the risk of injuries.

The ergonomic torque arm prevents side load and cross-threading by securely clasping the electric screwdriver or pneumatic screwdriver and keeping the tool in a perpendicular alignment. Enhance safety, productivity, and quality control during the assembly process by incorporating a linear torque arm into the workstation.

Load adjustability can be easily made by turning the knob clockwise for lighter loads and counterclockwise for heavier loads. The balancers have a locking mechanism to prevent injury. The balancers included take into account the load of the arm and average loads of tools, cables, and bits delivering up to the maximum torque for the arm.
