Loading Bench

A Mountz Loading Bench provides engineers and metrology professionals with a precision, laboratory-grade solution for effortless and accurate torque wrench calibration and presetting. Designed to simplify calibration processes, these loading benches deliver consistent, repeatable results across torque ranges up to 2500 lbf.ft.

To operate effectively, the loading bench must be connected with a Mountz BMX torque sensor and a Mountz torque analyzer, creating a seamless calibration system.

Torque wrenches require regular calibration to maintain accuracy and avoid errors in assembly processes. The Mount Loading Bench enables faster operator calibration by minimizing user-induced errors and transducer misalignment, ensuring reliable torque application every time. The bench features a smooth manual loading system with a large hand wheel for controlled motion and supports bi-directional torque application.

Integrating the loading bench with a Mountz torque sensor and torque analyzer enables manufacturing and calibration teams to reduce calibration turnaround times and costs by allowing in-house, on-demand calibration.
