EPT Adjustable Click Wrenches
The EPT is an adjustable click wrench that provides different setting options for applications that require more than one torque value. The adjustable wrench features an external adjustment torque scale, which allows an operator to adjust the torque setting on the tool as needed.
The Mountz EPT wrench offers an easy-to-read dual-scale system (American & S.I.) with a laser-marked scale along the body tube section of the wrench. The robust tool is ideal for field service, maintenance, and production applications.
Strong, robust, and reliable, our click wrenches deliver the power you need to tighten any bolt. More economical than other styles of torque wrenches, click wrenches can also handle far higher torque values.
The metal handle click wrenches are designed with durable all-steel construction and a corrosion-resistant finish and are suitable for various industries like construction, automotive, chemical, nuclear, energy, and other industrial environments.
The EPT click wrench features a lightly knurled, non-slip grip. Designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the accuracy and repeatability requirements of ISO6789:2003, EPT click models offer a torque range from 20 lbf.in – 750 lbf.ft. Suitable for medium and high torque applications.
Fastening Productivity and Process Control:
- Improve field service productivity. Accurately tighten critical fasteners of different sizes—all with a single tool.
- Operational in either American or S.I. torque setting capacity as the wrench features two torque scales. The torque unit scales are laser-marked on the handle, making them easy to read for the operator. The micrometer graduation collar on the handle for adjusting and setting the tool.
- Features a bi-directional ratchet head. Easily switch between CW and CCW operation for tightening or loosening bolts.
- A click sound can be heard and felt when torque is reached.
- The wrench offers a positive lock system with a spring-loaded pull-down ring. Pull down on the ring to adjust the torque setting and release it to lock in the torque setting. The mechanism prevents incidental adjustments made to the torque setting during the fastening process.
