The screw run down adapter is designed only for EZ-TorQ III 300i analyzer. This device provides consistent and reliable torque readings for use with power-driven torque control tools. The RDA reduces the impact and irregular peaks that cause poor repeatability. The run down adapter is mounted in-line between the tool drive and transducer.

    • The unit is designed to provide run down simulation for a ‘hard joint’ application.
    • Designed to provide consistent and reliable torque readings for use with power-driven torque control tools.
    • The adapter is mounted inline between the tool's drive and the EZ-TorQ's transducer.
    • Compact size and lightweight.
    • Operates in a clockwise direction only. After each run down, the RDA should be completely backed-up.
    • Compatible with only the EZ-TorQ III 300i analyzer.

The screw RDA model is supplied with one replacement screw. Using the screw for more than the recommended cycles may cause erratic test results. The screw is estimated to be replaced after 80 run down cycles. Download the manual.
