The vacuum adapter kit is compatible with the NFA-Series robotic screwdriver models to create a vacuum pick-up system. The adapter enables the robotic tool to pick up fasteners from an automation screw presenter device. The power tool is fitted with a suction head that holds the screw on the bit, enabling the operator to pick it up with the power tool itself. The vacuum pick-up system is an effective, time-saving device that works with most fasteners.

    • A robotic screwdriver equipped with a vacuum adapter attachment enables operators to pick up screws from the screw presenter efficiently, enhancing productivity in cell or line-based assembly operations.
    • Mounts easily to the following robotic electric screwdrivers with a 1/4" F/Hex Drive: NFA-Series
    • Mouthpiece and bit for the vacuum adapter are purchased separately and require additional information about the fastening application.
    • Compatible with different-sized screws and various-length fasteners.
    • Mounts on the robotic screwdriver with a threaded torque nut. The driver remains externally adjustable while allowing semi-automatic pickup of non-ferrous fasteners.
