The IPT 150 is a preset click wrench (internally adjustable) that ensures a reliable tightening process. A preset click wrench securely prevents an operator from either incidentally or intentionally tampering with a tool's torque setting. The cost-effective click wrench is durable and robust for a wide variety of industrial fastening applications. The torque wrench features a ratcheting head style and is built with high-quality materials. The tool offers the lowest repair frequency and a low cost to repair. It is ideal for manufacturing applications.

The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789 (+/- 4% of indicated setting).

    Fastening Productivity and Process Control:

    • A preset click wrench ensures that the correct torque value is used consistently for each fastener by reducing the risk of the operator tampering with settings. This tool has no external adjustment scale and is set using a torque analyzer.
    • Tamper-proof internal adjustment. The torque setting is adjusted using the IPT torque adjusting key (sold separately).
    • Features a bi-directional ratchet head. Easily switch between CW and CCW operation for tightening or loosening bolts.
    • A click sound can be heard and felt when torque is reached.
